Renovo strives to ensure our customers are satisfied with the service we deliver to them. If you feel that the quality has not matched your expectation, you are entitled to a refund on your annual maintenance contract by providing 30 days’ written notice to enquiries@renovo.ae.

We will review your request and contact you within 24 hours to discuss your experience with our Team and how we can assist you further to either rectify the complaint or to issue your refund pro-rata of services carried out.

Please note that refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
